They did an okay job clipping her nails however they questioned whether we’ve ever bathed our dog (that we’ve had for three years). Our dog loves bathes and gets bathed regularly. She’s not stinky or dirty so we’re unsure why they assume we don’t bathe her and felt very judged.
Our old groomer was excellent and never gave us any issues or judgement.
Not professional and a tad bit condescending, won’t be coming back.
