My dog loved the grooming here. She always left happy. The deshedding bath helped keep the hair down in the house and as she aged they were great at working around her sore legs and hate for air dryers.

Once a month I would attempt to trim my forty pound collies nails and for those two hours it felt like I was wrestling a bear. After last month’s failed attempt I decided to start going to the Grooming Studio and I immediately regretted not going to the professionals sooner. I was in and out within fifteen minutes and sure my dog was nervous going in but once her nails were clipped she was loving life and didn’t want to leave the studio. Honestly would have paid double the price for the peace of mind that it gave me.

We've been taking our puppy to the grooming studio to see Adrian for his entire life (18 months)! I can't say enough about wonderful the whole experience has always been. Highly recommend!

I have taken multiple pets there and have always been blown away with the results. My Bella is not the best to work with, but the gals at the grooming studio always make her feel comfortable. She always comes out happy!

Felt judged. Brought our rescue in as we’ve been unsuccessful trimming her nails.They did an okay job clipping her nails however they questioned whether we’ve ever bathed our dog (that we’ve had for three years). Our dog loves bathes and gets bathed regularly. She’s not stinky or dirty so we’re unsure why they assume we don’t bathe her and felt very judged.Our old groomer was excellent and never gave us any issues or judgement.Not professional and a tad bit condescending, won’t be coming back.

I dislike leaving one star, but after thinking about this for a month, I've decided I'd like to have this information before booking here, personally.My dog was booked in for the wrong service, first of all. Somewhere there was a cross of wires and she was booked in for something we'd never book for her, given she is a rescue and gets scared easily.They returned her to us covered in runny mess (and charged us full price for something we didnt even book) because they didn't take her outside when she clearly had to go. Instead they just said she "kept going and they couldn't deal with it". Anyone with a brain can assume she needed a quick trip outside. How inhumane and rude. Dogs can't advocate for themselves, so sadly here this is.There are several fantastic grooming places in the park. I've since found a great one with 5 stars. This one is bottom end. They over book themselves, get chaotically busy to a degree that is clearly handled with abhorrent incompetence. This is what bigger chains do, it's so disappointing to see this brainrot greed starting here too. Very unfortunate work, folks.

I had Peyton as my groomer, and she was so kind and helpful. My dog is quite a nervous one, but he seemed to absolutely love her. She was quick and did a very thorough job with tidying him up. Highly recommend!

Short story - It seemed like they were really rushing and completely forgot our instructions. We were really upset to pay $180 for a professional groom when the result didn't resemble the reference photo or instructions that we provided. Also, there were tufs of fur that were left too long on the best and legs that we had to clean up when we got home.Long story - We booked into The Grooming Studio on May 13 2024, just weeks before our wedding. We usually have them professionally groomed before Christmas, then groom them at home the rest of the year, but our regular groomer was busy. We saw the good reviews here, and thought we'd be safe. I dropped our golden doodle off, and talked to the groomer for a few minutes explaining what we wanted, and showing a few references photos.I got a call about 45 minutes prior to our pickup time, and was told that they were busy and Neville's groom hadn't been started yet. No problem. I got another call about an hour later, asking if we had any preference for the eye lashes - I responded to just use their best judgement to get as close to the reference photo as possible. At pickup, initially I was amazed by the transformation, but in the minutes afterwards, I realized his haircut resembled nothing of the reference photos. My wife was working, but she called when I sent her the photos and she was very upset. I went back inside and politely spoke to our groomer. She apologized and said that closer to our wedding, she could do a few touch ups for us.Frankly, that's not enough. And because they trimmed his fur too short, it wasn't actually a solution. For the reviews, appearance, and price, we expected more of a professional experience.
