Our Policies

The Grooming Studio is a high end facility made up of experienced and very talented groomers which allows us to have a high clientele volume. This means No-shows, last minute cancellations, and late turn-outs greatly affect our bottom line and in order to continue providing our in-demand services the way we currently do, we have found it necessary to implement the following policies:

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. it may not be possible to find you another spot in our rotation for your maintenance program eligibility .

Late Policy

We respect your time and hope you will respect our time too. Upon late arrival, depending on the amount of time gone by, we may have to reschedule your appointment, if your stylist finds she can accommodate the groom, we reserve the right to charge a late fee.

Late pick up

The Grooming Studio is a large facility, however with having 9 Groomers in at once, we can not accommodate the space at all times. We would appreciate your understanding and respect the given pick up time, as it is our policy to not allow dogs to come into contact with one another for safety reasons.

No Shows

The Grooming Studio does give courtesy reminder calls about your appointment a day or two ahead of time to make sure you don’t miss your appointment. If you miss the first appointment that you book with us, we are not likely to be able to fit you back into our schedule. If you are a regular client and for some reason do not show up for an appointment, we will try to keep you in our rotation, however, you will be required to pay the full grooming fee for the missed appointment before your next grooming if this is an on going matter.
