March COVID-19 Update

With great pain and regret, we have to announce the temporary closure of The Grooming Studio, effective immediately.

We have taken great pride in remaining open for as long as possible to serve as many families as we could. Our main objective at this point is for our staff and their families to remain healthy so that we can re-open as soon as we are able to, recharged and ready to take on all of our incredible clients! For those with current appointments booked up to and including April 30, you will be contacted to rebook your appointment when the situation has some clarity.

We urge you to like us on Facebook and Instagram to get the latest information and updates. We will also use these platforms as a way to help our clients through this time with helpful videos on how to maintain your pet while we aren’t available. We can’t emphasize enough that you must continue to maintain your pet during this time to avoid not only the potential for an undesirable groom (shave down etc) but also for your pets overall comfort and health. In the event that you suspect your pet to be in distress and/or pain due to matting, excessive nail length etc, please….. call your vet and they will direct you as to how to proceed.

Although our staff will tell you that we are very much “essential”, the fact is that we can’t ask our valuable employees to sacrifice their health and that of their loved ones at this time and we truly hope that you understand and continue to support us when things return to normal.

Take advantage of this time to give your pets that extra love they always want, go for extra long walks, throw the ball just a few more times, maybe even a couple of extra treats too!
